Terms of Use

The ground rules for using BaMo Network.

These working terms require owner/legal approval before controlled beta.

1. The service

BaMo Network is a professional directory and networking service operated by REPH Innovations Corp. It does not guarantee a professional’s identity, licence, work, availability, pricing, or suitability, even when a verification badge is displayed.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts you control. You are responsible for activity through your account. Network accounts are separate from Marketplace, CRM, and other BaMo products.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant BaMo the limited permission needed to host, process, display, resize, and deliver it according to your settings. You must have permission to publish client names, project images, credentials, logos, and other third-party material.

4. Acceptable use

You may not impersonate others, misrepresent credentials, harass users, scrape or bulk-copy the directory, bypass access controls or limits, upload malware, expose private evidence, or use the service unlawfully. The Community Guidelines form part of these terms.

5. Verification and moderation

BaMo may request evidence, correct visibility, suspend or ban accounts, preserve necessary audit information, or remove content to protect users and the service. Reports and verification decisions may be reviewed by authorized administrators.

6. Availability and changes

The service may change, pause, or discontinue. Features may be experimental and are provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Beta use may include additional notices or limits.

7. Transactions and third parties

Network introductions do not make BaMo a party to professional engagements or transactions. Users must perform their own diligence and agree their own scope, fees, licences, insurance, and contracts.

8. Ending use

You may close your Network account through Profile privacy. BaMo may restrict or terminate access for safety, legal, or material terms violations. Necessary retained information follows the Privacy Notice.
