Privacy Notice

How the standalone BaMo Network service handles personal information.

This operational notice must receive owner/DPO/legal approval before controlled beta. It describes the controls implemented in the product and is not a substitute for legal advice.

1. Who operates BaMo Network

BaMo Network is operated by REPH Innovations Corp. for professionals and organizations serving Philippine real estate. This notice applies only to the Network service at network.bahaymo.com. Marketplace, CRM, and other BaMo products keep separate accounts and data stores.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information such as name, email, authentication records, and security events.
  • Profile information you choose to provide, including professional history, services, locations, contact preferences, credentials, portfolio entries, and public media.
  • Private verification evidence and review history.
  • Connections, blocks, reports, moderation activity, and administrator audit records.
  • Support requests and the reply details you provide.
  • Technical and abuse-prevention information, including short-lived keyed pseudonyms derived from request addresses.

3. Why we use it

We use information to create and secure accounts, publish profiles according to your visibility choices, verify professionals, enable connections, answer support requests, prevent abuse, investigate reports, comply with legal obligations, and maintain service reliability. Cross-product correlation identifiers never grant access and accounts are never linked automatically by email.

4. Public and private information

Public profile fields and media are visible only when you publish them. Contact preferences may be public, connection-only, or hidden. Licence numbers, private verification files, report details, blocks, support requests, and administrator notes are not published.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Network uses service providers for hosting, database, authentication, Storage, email delivery, and security. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a properly controlled corporate transaction. We do not sell Network profile information.

6. Retention and deletion

  • Ordinary profile content, connections, and owned profile Storage files are removed when account deletion completes.
  • Submitted private verification files may be retained for up to 12 months.
  • Pseudonymized report evidence is minimized after 3 years.
  • Necessary moderation and verification audit history may be retained for up to 5 years.
  • Closed support requests are scheduled for deletion after 2 years.
  • Rate-limit events are deleted after 48 hours.

Documented legal or operational holds may delay deletion. A non-login tombstone may permanently retire an issued cross-product correlation identifier without authorizing access.

7. Your choices and rights

You can edit profile details, change public and contact visibility, remove uploaded profile media, or request Network-local account deletion from Profile privacy. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, objection, restriction, portability, or deletion through Support. We may need to verify the requester before acting.

8. Security and children

We use local account authorization, row-level database controls, private Storage, time-limited file access, rate limits, and administrator safeguards. No system is perfectly secure. Network is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

9. Changes and contact

Material changes will update the effective date and, where appropriate, be communicated in the service. Contact the Network privacy team through Support.
